| What is the check in and check out time? | ||
| We ask that dogs check in by 4.30pm for the latest and check out by 12pm noon. We are flexible, how ever we would like to be kept informed on an arrival time. There will be a £10.00 charge if you are unable to collect your little one by 12pm noon. | ||
| Will my dog be Socialized? | ||
| Yes. All our guests have the option to interact with one another. This will be the perfect place for your little one to learn how to socialize with other dogs and to learn doggie manners. | ||
| Do you need to see proof of Vaccinations? | ||
| Yes. We need to check that your dog has been wormed and that all the required vaccinations and health checks have been carried out. | ||
| What do i need to provide on checking in? | ||
| Please bring your dogs favorite toy/blanket and their food bowl. It is optional if you would like to provide their bed as Toy Dog Hotel has a range of Luxury dog beds. | ||
| How many dogs will be staying? |

| We offer a one to one personal service to your dog, so we only have a very limited amount of spaces. | ||
| What will my dogs day be like? | ||
| We have lots of play sessions throughout the day inside . We also have three 45-minute play sessions in the garden during the day with supervision (weather permitting). All our guests will have a tailored routine that will benefit a balance of relaxation, learning, and enjoyment. Battersea Park is opposite the hotel and there are plenty of walks during the day if desired!. | ||
| What will my dog eat? | ||
| Our guest will have dry biscuits in the morning and another for lunch. We only use the top brands of food for our guests. James Wellbeloved and Royal Canin . They will have a home cooked meal for dinner. |

| What about grooming? |

| Toy Dog Hotel are not professional groomers but will provide a basic grooming service. We recommend an exclusive Pet Spa & Groomers in Chelsea : www.waggintailsonline.com. | ||
Waggin' Tails offer the following services: Reflexology with Andrea Hurst (as featured in Vogue & Tatler) There are highly recommended by us. There will be a small charge for taking them to the spa. Please let us know if you would be interested in this service when calling to make your reservation. |
